Microsoft Outlook: Microsoft outlook is owned by Microsoft Corporation. It is the type of personal information manager which inboxes all our emails, messages, events etc. in one place. It is licensed under proprietary commercial software. Earlier Microsoft outlook was launched for Windows and MAC OS X wrote in C++. Now, it is launched for Android and iOS also.
Microsoft Outlook is not only an emailing software but also it manages calendar, contacts, and messages of our device and journal which assists us to keep details of email interactions we want to be reminded. It is said by Microsoft that it is better than Mail and Gmail app. It is currently used by millions of users.
In it, we can check our inbox for important messages. We can also switch between our emails and calendar to schedule our important meetings or can share our availability with others with just a few taps easily. We can also download and upload files to email seamlessly.
How to Get You Back on Top of Your Inbox:
Overloading is very irritating nowadays. That’s why outlook looks upon important and focuses only on that and clears out the rest. It separates our mail in two columns – focused and other. Important mails appear in focused inbox while the rest which is unimportant will be out of the way but is easily accessible. If we move emails in or out of our focused inbox outlook analyzes it smartly and get noticed about our priorities. We can also stop unwanted mail by unsubscribing it.
We can also use its gesture feature to swipe left or right to take actions like archive, erase, move, flag, mark as read/unread or schedule it for later. Outlook personalizes gesture feature smartly by analyzing our unique email habits. For example, any email which we generally schedule later, outlook analyzes it and next time it temporarily removes email from our inbox and shows it to our schedule time automatically. Isn’t that smart !
We can find important emails very easily and at lightning speed. Outlook predictive and smart search quickly finds the correct emails, contacts, and files as you type just a few letters.
How to Schedule Meetings on Microsoft Outlook:
Most email apps ignore calendar or have a minimal level of integration. In outlook, the calendar is inbuilt with a direct link to email, with various features like seeing meeting details, invites. The ‘Quick RSVP’ feature lets us respond to important meetings right from our inbox without even opening the mail.
It also regularly checks calendar automatically and smartly so that no meeting is missed.
Outlook can sync mail, contacts, calendar and files from office 365 only, exchange online, Hotmail, MSN, outlook.com, Gmail, yahoo mail, iCloud.
For storage in the cloud, it links to one drive, dropbox, iCloud, Google drive.

Attachments are made more convenient and easy :
Nowadays people want the benefits of cloud storage. But when they work in an email on a mobile, it is difficult to connect to the cloud and give others the permission to view those files. As a result, people go back to their computers for sharing of their cloud files. But outlook made it easier.
In outlook with just a few clicks, we can put a link to any file from one drive, dropbox etc in our email message. Other persons or recipients are automatically allowed to view those files.
We can also find important files very quickly. Outlook automatically provides a view of recent emails received, so we don’t have to search it throughout all emails. It also searches in cloud storage and our attachments with the help of quick filters. So the search is also made easier in outlook.
